However, some people desire an extreme look to express themselves, and the 39-year-old German Sandro is one such person.
His dream is to look like a skull, reports The Mirror.

Wants to look like a skull
Sandro lives in Finsterwalde, Germany, and has a clear passion for tattoos and body modification, an interest that began 13 years ago.
Sandro has undergone over 17 procedures, including implants in his forehead, arms, and back of his hands, a split tongue – and removing his ears.
All to resemble a skull as much as possible. The internet has named him Mr. Skull Face.
In total, Sandro has spent over $7,000 changing his appearance.
Keeps his ears in a jar
The most complex and notable operation that Sandro has had was the surgery to remove his ears in 2019.
He keeps his ears in a jar at home.
Mr. Skull Face’s extreme appearance attracts plenty of looks around his city.
“If people stare I really don’t care. If someone says something like ‘you are a sick old man’ then I will answer with ‘thank you for the compliment’. Negative comments go in one side and out the other. It has strengthened my self-confidence above all,” says Sandro to The Mirror.
Want to operate on the nose
Despite Sandro undergoing so many procedures, he wants to continue transforming his body.
Next, he wants to operate on his nose and tattoo the whites of his eyes.
Sandro lives today as a single man and has not been able to get a job due to his appearance.
“My appearance has had a huge impact on my chances of getting a job because a lot of companies are still very conservative and prefer to go with the flow. I think that it has of course had an effect on me finding a relationship, as it scares most people off, but of course, many people also find it very interesting”. says Sandro to The Mirror.
Sandro also warns others who are considering modifying their body.
“Above all, never do something just because you want to be more blatant or cool with it; it has to come from the heart and be for yourself,” Sandro told The Mirror.
