With that in mind, how about a Florida family made up of one girl and her four boyfriends? And not only that, this unconventional family is getting ready to welcome a new member, according to their obstetrician.
Most people look for a partner. Someone to be their best friend, but also love them through thick and thin. Tory, a woman from Florida, has found hers – four different boyfriends, at the same time.
Having more than one partner today is not a common occurrence in our society – but this merry girl has managed to score four different boyfriends, and has them all living under the same roof. I am impressed.
Living with four boyfriends
The quintet’s strange lifestyle has aroused strong reactions around the web, but they claim to be okay with their situation. The men take turns to spend time with Tory, but they usually go around as a group.
“We enjoy being together,” said Tory in an interview with Barcroft TV.
She met Travis at the age of 18 at school. A few months later, Travis suggested a polygamous relationship to Tory, which brought in his friend Ethan, 19 at the time. After that, Marc jumped in when he was 22 and became the third boyfriend – and a little later, Christopher, 23, became the last of the 4 boyfriends to join the family, reports the Daily Star.
Not too long ago, Tory found out she was pregnant. So it was time to figure out who the biological father is. After carefully counting backward in the calendar, it became clear that the child came to life during a small love holiday with Christopher.
Wants them to get girlfriends
However, it is clear that to them that paternity doesn’t belong to Chris alone.
“We are all raising the baby together, so everyone’s a dad,” said Tory. “It’s the best family in the world to raise a little girl in.”
She lives with all four in the same house and encourages her boyfriends to get other girlfriends – but none of the men have yet done that. Her lovers do not see themselves as partners to each other – and sometimes there may be some jealousy.
“We try to be as open to each other as possible, but most of us are introverted,” said one of the men.
