Many of us are probably dissatisfied with one, or maybe more, parts of our bodies.
Maybe you would like to have a little smaller belly, bigger eyes, or a different height. However, most people come to terms with their appearance. After all, we are who we are. So the first step towards loving yourself is accepting yourself.
But some people are so dissatisfied with their features that they would go to any lengths to change them, including surgery.
Neven Ciganovic, 50, works as a stylist and a model. He has had many cosmetic surgeries before, but when he had to operate on his nose, something went very wrong.
Roaring for three months
When Neven woke up on the operating table, he had a raging erection, and didn’t know why.
He thought it would eventually calm down, but it never happened. Not being able to make an erection go away is a problem no man would like to have.
“It was a really hard time—literally hard. I had a full erection for almost three months. I think I even brought down the world record,” Neven told Unilad.
He had to be operated on three more times before the doctor successfully returned his penis to normal.
The model is still happy
What Neven suffered from is the condition called priapism: “A condition in which a penis remains erect for hours in the absence of stimulation or after stimulation has ended.” according to Wikipedia.
The doctors believe that the priapism arose due to a dietary supplement Neven was taking at the time of the operation.
“Even now, after this complication, I’m happy because my erection still lasts much more longer than other guys,” Neven tells Unilad.
His first procedure was in 1992
However, Neven is no stranger to going under the knife. He had his first procedure back in 1992 when he filled his lips.
Through all his surgeries, he aims to become as similar to a male doll as possible.
He has, among other things, operated on his nose three times, several Botox injections, as well as cheekbones, jaws, and chin fillers.
But after this failed operation, he says he’s had enough.
