I’ve always loved brain teasers. I’ve been solving puzzles ever since I could walk, and I don’t think I’ll ever really stop.
They help you relax, they’re fun and they’re also great for staying sharp!
Whenever my grandchildren come to visit, we always spend some time solving puzzles together. They especially love picture riddles and neat optical illusions.
These days, kids are always tapping away at their smartphones, so anything that pulls them away from the screen for a few minutes is a win in my book! Technology does so much of our work for us in this modern world, so we need to be challenged in order to keep our brains alert and sharp!
I found this picture riddle online earlier this week. It’s great, and I had to think for a long while before I finally figured out the right answer. I found it at Brightside and immediately I showed it to 5 of my colleagues. Not one of them could solve it right off the bat! But after giving them a clue, they started figuring it out.

The dock entrance is far too narrow for the ship, so it can’t leave and couldn’t have entered. Not a chance!
