Staying home during work is something rarely encouraged by an employer, but there are exceptions.
The company Lelo, which manufactures sex toys, gives its employees four extra days of paid time off per year — to masturbate.
According to British site The Mirror.
The company calls these days off “self-love days” and the idea is that the employees should be at home and take care of their sexual needs. But providing extra paid leave days was not a random decision.
66% become more productive
The company carried out a survey of over 2,000 British, about what makes them happy.
78% said that orgasms made them happier, whether they have them on their own or with a partner.
“A human right”
66% also responded that they feel more productive after an orgasm, something that the company wants to invest on for a better future.
“Being sexually fulfilled and satisfied is something that we at LELO UK feel is a basic human right and it’s completely free! And as a result of this research, we’re delighted to introduce a new initiative where we are offering our employees the opportunity to take up to four days a year. We hope our staff uses them to do whatever they want to explore their happiness and what makes them tick, with the hope that they’ll come to work the next day with a spring in their step and be as productive as possible,” says Rachael Nsofor, a spokesperson for Lelo.
