The animal world is an incredible sight, beautiful and fascinating – and at times, absolutely hilarious!
You may not think of it that way, but there is always humor to be found among living creatures.
To celebrate the amazing wildlife on this planet, there is an annual competition called The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards. Here, both professional and amateur photographers can submit their best photos of natural life – to have the opportunity to win a week safari in Kenya for two, among other things.
The idea behind the competition is to create awareness about wildlife in the world – and it aims to contribute to better and safer living conditions for our animal neighbors. In other words, an important cause – in addition to the funny pictures.
Here we have our 13 favorite picks from the finalist of the 2019 competition. The winner will be announced on November 13.
