Although none openly speaks about it, every single person living on this planet has experienced flatulence. From the rich living in Beverly Hills to the housemaids working in New York, everyone breaks wind once in a while, no matter how much they deny it.
Farting around people is considered unpleasant because of social etiquette, and the potential smell. But if you are alone, freedom is yours to take. On average, a person farts up to 20 times a day, according to Vox. However, most of the gas we produce is silent, and the loud ones tend to happen in the bathroom or when you are sleeping. If you are surrounded by people, at work for example, then you hold it, for as long as you can.
Anja Gridley, a woman from Wisconsin, thought she had the office all for herself after two of her colleagues left, and so she let out one her biggest farts, Ladbible reports.
Filming her massive flatulence
In a clip that Anja posted on TikTok, you can see Anja’s two colleagues walking out the door. Anja looks happy, thinking the coast is clear, and she can finally relieve herself without having to worry about her colleagues judging her.
Anja releases a long and massive fart that would make the biggest and strongest lumberjack blush.
Turns around and realizes her mistake
Anja continues to film herself and spins in the opposite direction from the door. Then she realizes her terrible mistake – one of her colleagues is still in the room, looking at her.
“David is our video producer. He often is very quiet when he is heavy into editing. The fart was loud enough to turn his head at the right time,” Anja tells Ladbible.
