I think most of us can agree that laughter is incredibly contagious. Which is lucky for us, since there’s no better feeling than letting loose a loud guffaw with friends.
Just hearing others having a good time can put you in a good mood – and when someone starts roaring with laughter, then it’s hard not to join in.
I’ve had so many times where I and a group of friends have been having a great time together, and then someone starts giggling. Once that happens, it’s hard to stop, since watching others breaking down in laughter just turns up the hilarity factor even more. It becomes a positive feedback loop of fun!
The video below is a perfect example of just how contagious laughter can be. The clip has been viewed by more than 600,000 people, and I just had to share it with you. I couldn’t help but re-watch it over and over again with a big smile plastered on my face!
A father his carrying his baby daughter Nowah on his back. She has just learned to say “mommy”, and now Dad thinks it’s time to learn “daddy”.
But as it turns out, saying “daddy” (“papa” in Dutch) is harder than expected, so the father turns it into a game – something his daughter finds unbelievably funny. Her wonderful laughter is really contagious – and her Dad can’t help but join in himself!
Wonderful laugh
This clip is just amazing in its simplicity! It seems like the daughter is starting to learn, even if the word “papa” comes out more like “baba” – but at least it’s a start. An insanely adorable start!
