A great joke is often enough to put you in a good mood when you’re feeling down. My day didn’t start out too well, but then I came across this story. When I read the last line, I just couldn’t hold in my laughter. It really boosted my mood!
On a sunny weekend morning, Kimberly was standing in the kitchen, preparing to boil eggs for breakfast. She was wearing only the T-shirt that she normally slept in.
Her husband Steven was watching a game on TV.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Kimberly yelled, “Steven! Come here at once and take me hard and fast on the kitchen counter!”
Her husband’s eyes lit up as he thought, “Either I am still dreaming, or this is going to be my lucky day!”
Not wanting to lose the moment, he sprinted to the kitchen, embraced her and then gave it his all; right there and then.
Pulled up his pants
Afterwards, Kimberly said, “Thanks,” and returned to the stove, her T-shirt still around her neck.
Panting, Steven said, “Wow, you’re amazing. But tell me, what was that all about?”
She explained, “The egg timer’s broken.”
