When someone follows their own voice and ignores society’s old and antiquated rules, I personally think they should receive a standing ovation. Just imagine how boring it would be if we all looked and behaved the same.
However, many people seem annoyed by others making unique decisions about their looks. I think that’s absolute nonsense—you can’t mess with someone else’s free will.
A person that doesn’t care about others’ opinions is Ruby Doll Sunset. This woman from Las Vegas has heavily invested in her looks.

On an appearance journey
Well, the last thing you can accuse Ruby Doll of is blending in with the crowd. Instead, she has chosen her own unique journey—by extremely modifying her appearance. The 27-year-old is proud of how she has changed her image.
It all started eight years ago, in 2014, when she decided to fulfill her dream of becoming part of the “hyper-feminine extreme beauty” community.
Breasts must defy gravity
Since then, she has earned enough money to change her appearance by stripping and recording webcam shows for her fans in exchange for donations. However, Ruby has mainly focused on her eyes and breasts. She has undergone an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty to “give (her) sultry eyes even more depth.”
For years, she loved the idea of “gravity-defying” breasts. So in the past five years, she has undergone one breast augmentation each year, bringing her from a starting 550cc set of implants, all the way to 3600cc implants.
Even though she loves her looks now, she has no plans to stop. She is currently waiting to have a medium-sized butt implant and a Brazilian butt lift procedure.
However, her rack will also get bigger in the future.
“Like an extended family”
So far, Ruby has spent over $200,000 modifying her body. However, the 25-year-old believes the results are better than she could have ever imagined.
“I’ve acquired a loving online fan base that is so supportive. They are like an extended family to me.
“The men that are attracted to me are very respectful in their comments. They call me a goddess or say that I’m brave, stunning, or other-worldly. They also appreciate the serious dedication and commitment towards my lifestyle journey,” she explains, according to UK Unilad.
She added:
“My favorite comments are from fans who tell me that I keep them going and inspire them to become the best version of themselves.”
