But sometimes mistakes happen, reminding parents that their children are grown up and have a sex life. For example, what happened to 18-year-old Ella when she wanted to show her new student room to her mother.
Moving away from home for the first time is a unique experience for everyone. For the first time in your life, you must stand on your own two feet. Pay your own bills, cook your own food, and have no one to go crying to when things get difficult.

But she got much more than she bargained for when she saw a picture of Ella’s new apartment, reports Ladbible.
After Ella finished moving and decorating, she sent a picture of the neat and tidy bedroom to her dear mother.

However, Ella would soon regret it—due to an embarrassing and highly private detail she missed in the picture.

So there are a couple of handcuffs hanging from the planks on the headboard. It is obvious that these handcuffs were a tool for sexy time—something that Ella certainly did not want her mother to know. But now, there was no going back.
At first glance, the mother seemed to think that the room looked nice, but then, a second message followed—with a more concerned tone.
“The handcuffs—what’s up with that?”
“So silly”
Ella, who has no problem laughing at herself, shared the embarrassing incident on Twitter. The picture went viral immediately, and tens of thousands of users got a good laugh.
“Mom’s been asking for pics of my new room… finally sent one… I’m so stupid,” wrote Ella.
