Body modifications have become increasingly popular in recent years. It can be anything from piercings to tattoos and even bolder things such as skin expansion and plastic surgery.
The human imagination knows no bounds.
The other day we wrote about Andrea Ivanova, who changed her lips through different procedures – and they are now four times their original size. However, she is not the only one in the world that’ll go to the extreme to get a unique look and stand from the crowd.
No, a man from Germany seems to know a lot when it comes to body modification. We are talking about Rolf Buchholz, a man with 480 piercings in his body.
He is the world’s most pierced man, according to Ladbible.

Every year, usually during November, tattoo enthusiasts gather to discuss, develop, and study each other’s artworks at the Brussels tattoo convention in Belgium.
It’s an excellent opportunity for those who want to show off their latest tattoos or get a new one from some of the world’s most renowned artists.
Besides, the event has a selection of awards in different categories for all the artists attending the event.
Of course, Rolf Buchholz was one of the biggest attractions in last year’s convention. He showed off his latest “body modifications,” but what caught the most attention were the bright horns far up his forehead.
This German man has a total of 480 piercings – and 278 of them are in his penis, holding the World Guinness Record for the most pierced man. However, the art in his body looks surprisingly clean when he posed for the pictures above – although his private parts are not visible.
94 piercings in his mouth
In a 2017 interview, Rolf revealed that the many metal pieces latched on his member, however, don’t significantly affect his sex life.
“It’s not a problem at all. I have already had the piercings so long; if there was a problem, I would have got rid of them already long ago.”
The tattoo lover also has 94 piercings around his mouth and lips. It sounds like it might be hard to eat with so much stuff on the way. But the only problems Rolf seems to experience, he claims, usually happen at airports. And not for the reason you might think.
In 2014, according to his statement, he was refused entry into the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) because of his odd appearance.
“They thought I was a black magic practitioner,” Rolf said.
