I feel so much better after a good night’s sleep. It makes you feel so refreshed and clear-headed.
And I feel that the older you get, the more important it is to get enough sleep.
That’s why this job sounds absolutely amazing! The task is simple: sleep every night for 70 days in a row.
NASA started this project to investigate how the human body adapts to weightlessness, Ladbible writes.
As part of this study, the participants have to spend 70 days at their site. The human test subjects will spend almost all of their time lying in bed – even while eating and drinking!
Help NASA design their spacecraft
NASA will use the study’s results when designing their spacecraft in order to adapt the ships to the needs of the human body.
So not only can you lie around and do nothing for 70 days – it’s all in the name of science and space exploration!
But the best thing of all is the stellar (no pun intended) pay. The participants will receive £12,000 for 10 weeks of “work”, which corresponds to $16,000. Not bad for sleeping on the job!
This sounds like the dream job for those of us who just love taking a good nap – press the share button if you agree!
